Titanium for sensitive ears

Itchy, red or hot ears may be reacting to nickel in some jewellery. Our hypoallergenic, nickel-free titanium is particularly suited to sensitive ears and helps limit reactions linked to this metal.

Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, it does not rust or darken like sterling silver. Its polished surface feels smooth against the skin for comfortable everyday wear.

Easy push-fit fastening (threadless)

This piece has a threadless push-fit fastening. The pin fits into the post without a screw thread.

How does it work? Insert the pin halfway into the post, bend it very slightly to create tension, then push it fully into place. Check that it is secure before wearing.

Which size should I choose for Oléane?

Oléane is available in 8 mm. Compare this measurement with jewellery that feels comfortable in the same placement, and remember to check the 1.2 mm post thickness.

Can I wear Oléane in the shower or at the beach?

You can wear Oléane in the shower. To preserve its shine after swimming in the sea, rinse away the salt with fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth.

Is Oléane suitable for an initial piercing?

Oléane is intended for healed piercings. For an initial piercing, ask your piercer to choose suitable jewellery: the material alone is not enough. The finish, dimensions and your piercing also matter.

Why is Oléane sold individually?

Buying individual pieces gives you the freedom to build your ear stack. Choose Oléane to complete one ear, or two pieces for the same design on both sides.

Does Oléane contain nickel?

No, the body of Oléane is made from nickel-free hypoallergenic titanium. This is distinct from designs that include a steel chain.

Could Oléane tarnish or rust?

OlĂ©ane is designed to last, with its titanium base and EverGoldℱ finish. Clean it gently without abrasive products to preserve its colour.

Can I wear Oléane every day?

You can keep Oléane in your everyday ear stack once your piercing has healed. Make sure it feels comfortable and the fastening stays secure.

How do I fasten Oléane?

No screwing is needed: the threadless end of Oléane pushes into the post. Check that it holds securely; your piercer can adjust its tension if necessary.

How do I check the 8 mm measurement before ordering?

Use jewellery that already fits you well in the same placement as a reference. Oléane has a post length of 8 mm; also compare its thickness with your current jewellery.

How does it differ from Oléane Rook?

Oléane Rook has a curved bar for piercings suited to curved barbells. Choose Oléane for a straight post: keep the shape suited to your piercing.
