30 days to change your mind
Our commercial returns offer lets you send jewellery back within 30 days of receipt. To qualify, items must be new, unworn and in their original condition and packaging. This offer does not limit your statutory rights.
Prepare your return
Place the jewellery in its original box or pouch and include your name and order number. Send it to: SOLSTICE BIJOUX, 1 boulevard des Brotteaux, 69006 Lyon, France. Keep proof of postage; tracked returns are recommended.
Costs and refunds
For change-of-mind returns under this offer, you pay return postage. After receipt and inspection, refunds go to the original payment method, subject to applicable statutory rights and deadlines. See our refund policy for full terms.
Damaged jewellery or an incorrect order
Contact us with your order number, a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo. We will explain the steps for your situation. Change-of-mind return conditions do not restrict statutory guarantees.
