This marquise curved barbell suits the rook, snug or anti-tragus, with a slightly elongated shape that follows the curve of the ear. Its marquise-cut cubic zirconia bring a delicate, elegant sparkle, adding detail to your piercing without looking overdone. For healed piercings.

Titanium for sensitive ears

Itchy, red or hot ears may be reacting to nickel in some jewellery. Our hypoallergenic, nickel-free titanium is particularly suited to sensitive ears and helps limit reactions linked to this metal.

Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, it does not rust or darken like sterling silver. Its polished surface feels smooth against the skin for comfortable everyday wear.

Easy push-fit fastening (threadless)

This piece has a threadless push-fit fastening. The pin fits into the post without a screw thread.

How does it work? Insert the pin halfway into the post, bend it very slightly to create tension, then push it fully into place. Check that it is secure before wearing.

Is Niméa suitable for an initial piercing?

Niméa is intended for healed piercings. For an initial piercing, ask your piercer to choose suitable jewellery: the material alone is not enough. The finish, dimensions and your piercing also matter.

Why is Niméa sold individually?

This lets you add Niméa to just one ear or pair it with another design. Choose each piece to suit your own ear stack.

Does Niméa contain nickel?

Niméa is made from nickel-free hypoallergenic titanium. You still need to choose jewellery that fits well and feels comfortable in your chosen placement.

Could Niméa tarnish or rust?

Niméa's EverGold™ finish is designed to retain its shine for a long time. Titanium resists corrosion; gentle care helps preserve the surface.

Can I wear Niméa every day?

Yes, Niméa is designed for everyday wear in a healed piercing. The right size should feel comfortable without pressing on your ear; check the fastening regularly.

How do I fasten Niméa?

Niméa uses a threadless push-fit fastening: the end fits into the bar. If it does not hold securely, have its small pin adjusted rather than forcing it.

How do I check Niméa's size?

Compare Niméa's 8 mm length and bar thickness with your current curved barbell. The length is measured between the ends, excluding the decorative detail.
