With appropriate care, our jewellery is designed to last beyond the 12-month warranty. The warranty period does not represent the lifespan of your jewellery.

Itchy, red or hot ears may be reacting to nickel in some jewellery. Our hypoallergenic, nickel-free titanium is particularly suited to sensitive ears and helps limit reactions linked to this metal.
Lightweight and corrosion-resistant, it does not rust or darken like sterling silver. Its polished surface feels smooth against the skin for comfortable everyday wear.

Which size should I choose for Floria?
Floria is available in 8 mm. Compare this measurement with jewellery that fits comfortably in the same placement, remembering the 1.2 mm post thickness.
Can I wear Floria in the shower or at the beach?
You can wear Floria in the shower. To preserve its shine after swimming in the sea, rinse off the salt with fresh water and dry it with a soft cloth.
Is Floria suitable for an initial piercing?
Floria is for healed piercings. For an initial piercing, ask your piercer to choose suitable jewellery: material alone is not enough. The finish, dimensions and your piercing also matter.
Why is Floria sold individually?
Buying individually gives you the freedom to build your ear stack. Choose Floria to complete one ear, or two pieces to wear the same design on both sides.
Does Floria contain nickel?
No, Floriaâs body is made from nickel-free hypoallergenic titanium. This distinguishes it from designs that include a steel chain.
Could Floria tarnish or rust?
