Evergold: a long-lasting gold-tone finish (PVD Ion)

Evergold PVD Ion process

You may have noticed that some jewellery sold as 'water-resistant' doesn't live up to expectations.
After a few months, a piece may tarnish, lose its shine, darken
or even cause reactions and allergies.

Some gold-tone finishes on the market prioritise reducing costs over durability.

That's when I set myself an ambitious goal: to develop a coating designed for daily wear and built to last longer.

As a designer, I naturally began researching.
I spent weeks analysing jewellery-finishing technologies until I identified one that offered promising stability: PVD Ion.

From there, I began working in depth to find partners capable of applying this method with great precision and achieving the highest quality we could.

After several months of refinement, EverGoldℱ was born.
A gold-tone finish designed to offer improved resistance to everyday friction, water, perspiration and even salt water, while remaining hypoallergenic. Hypoallergenic does not mean that allergic reactions are impossible. Follow the care guidance for each piece.

Alongside the coating, the jewellery's base metal is another factor to consider. This TikTok adds to the discussion by covering titanium, plating quality and budget; it does not explain the PVD process.
