Returns and Refunds Policy

The essentials in 3 points

  • 30 days to change your mind: You have 30 days after receipt to send your jewellery back to us.

  • Strict conditions: For hygiene reasons, jewellery must be new, unworn and in its original packaging.

  • Returns at your expense: You are responsible for postage costs. Tracked shipping is strongly recommended.

1. Return conditions: Hygiene & Quality

At Solstice Bijoux, we apply strict hygiene standards to our piercing jewellery and earrings.

  • Condition of the jewellery: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused (unworn) and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Packaging: The jewellery must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Deadline: The return parcel must be posted (as evidenced by the postmark) no later than 30 days after the date you received your order.

  • Excluded items: Jewellery showing signs of use or scratches, or which has been worn, is not eligible for a refund.

2. How do you return an item?

  1. Place the jewellery back in its original pouch or box.

  2. Include a note with your surname, first name and order number.

  3. Send everything to the following address:

3. Shipping costs and Responsibility

  • Costs: You are solely responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Transport risks: We strongly recommend choosing shipping with a tracking number. If the parcel is lost or stolen while in the care of the postal services before reaching our premises, Solstice Bijoux cannot be held responsible and no refund will be issued.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return:

  • The refund will be made to the bank card or payment method used for the purchase.

  • If the returned product does not meet the return conditions (worn or damaged jewellery), it will be sent back to you at your expense or made available for collection at our premises.

5. Guarantee & Defective products

If a piece of jewellery arrives broken or shows a manufacturing defect when opened, contact us immediately. You benefit from the 2-year statutory guarantee of conformity on our entire titanium collection.
