    I'm Robin. I've been designing ear jewellery for five years. What fascinates me is the moment when two pieces come together and change the whole look of an ear.

    I created the Solstice Ear Stack Builder to help you find that spark of recognition: try, hesitate, then say to yourself, “that's me”.

    Signature grew from this idea: jewellery and chains to make your own, wherever your inspiration takes you.

    How do I build my own personalised ear stack?

    Open the Solstice Ear Stack Builder, choose your placements, then add and move the jewellery available in the tool. Compare combinations until you find your balance. Personalisation here means choosing your combination, rather than having jewellery made to your ear's measurements.

    Do I have to buy the whole ear stack?

    You can choose just one piece and build your ear stack gradually. Check what is included with each item and review the details of your selection in your bag.

    How do I know whether a piece of jewellery suits my piercing?

    The possible placements are listed on each jewellery product page. Check them to choose a piece suited to your healed piercing.

    Is the jewellery sold individually or in pairs?

    Choose piercing jewellery individually to build your ear stack freely. For earrings, check the product page to see whether the design is sold individually or as a pair.

    What is the quality of Signature jewellery?

    Our main collection is made from hypoallergenic titanium, and our jewellery is checked by a laboratory.

    Can I shower or exercise wearing your jewellery?

    Yes, for healed piercings. Our titanium jewellery is resistant to rust and highly resistant to tarnishing. Its EverGold coating is designed to help preserve its shine and colour over time with everyday wear.

    After showering or exercising, rinse your jewellery if necessary and dry it thoroughly. For activities where jewellery could snag or be pulled, choose a suitable jewellery arrangement.

    Can I return jewellery if I don't like how it looks on me?

    You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

    Can I wear your jewellery to sleep?

    Yes, in a healed piercing and with well-fitting jewellery. The jewellery must not cause pressure or discomfort during the night. While the piercing is healing, avoid sleeping directly on it.

    Why is titanium a better choice for sensitive ears?

    Our titanium is hypoallergenic and contains no nickel, making it a suitable choice for sensitive ears.

    How should I care for my piercing jewellery?

    After removing your jewellery, clean it with lukewarm water and a little mild soap, rinse, then dry with a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive products and cosmetics.

    Why choose titanium rather than 925 silver or stainless steel?

    Hypoallergenic and nickel-free, our titanium is laboratory-tested. It is resistant to the darkening associated with 925 silver, resistant to rust and highly resistant to tarnishing. It is designed to retain its shine over time with everyday wear, including showering or exercising, when worn in healed piercings. After swimming in the sea, rinse your jewellery with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.

    Any tips for creating a beautiful ear stack?

    Start with a bolder piece in your first piercing, then choose more delicate jewellery for the next ones. You can also play with lengths, for example a hoop, a chain in the middle, then a small stud.

    Finally, echo shapes, stones or details across your jewellery to keep your ear stack harmonious.

    Choose the first piece of your Signature look

    Start with the piece you want to see every day. Let it set the tone, then look for pieces that complement its finish or design. A personal ear stack does not need lots of jewellery: often, two or three thoughtful pairings are enough.

    Vary the proportions

    A bolder decorative detail becomes a focal point. Around it, a delicate piece leaves space, while a moving detail changes the rhythm. Compare the whole look from the front and side; the design should remain clear when the pieces sit close together.

    From design to your own combination

    Signature pieces are designed to stand alone and work together. A personalised ear stack lets you choose your combination from the available ear piercing jewellery and earrings. Before buying, check the dimensions, fastenings and included components: your idea takes shape with pieces suited to your ear.
